What to write to us about
A factual error. This is the most useful message you can send. Every figure on this site is meant to be checkable against Amazon's own pages, so if one has drifted out of date or was wrong to begin with, we want to know. Confirmed errors are corrected within seven days, and anything affecting a price, seat count or eligibility rule gets a dated correction note on the page — see our editorial policy.
A page we should write. There are organization types we have not covered yet — schools, restaurants, healthcare practices, government buyers — because we would rather publish three researched pages than seven padded ones. If one of those is you and you know what the real questions are, telling us genuinely changes what we build next.
A question about our sourcing. How we verify figures, how often, and why we decline to answer certain questions is all on the methodology page. If it does not cover your question, ask.
What we can't help with
We are not Amazon and we have no access to your account. We cannot see your orders, change your membership, process a refund, resolve a delivery problem, approve a credit account, or look up why a tax-exemption document was rejected. For any of those, Amazon's own support is the only route.
We also cannot give you accounting, tax or legal advice. Questions like which tax identifier applies to your business, or whether your organization qualifies for a sales-tax exemption, need someone who knows your situation and holds the relevant credential. We do not, and we say so rather than guessing — about this site explains why that distinction matters to us.
